Sam deserves some recognition

I've done business with Crossover several times since buying my MSP, and they have never let me down. When I ordered hood dampers, they informed me that the brand I picked was not quite as good as another brand (that was cheaper than what I chose) and suggested that I go with the cheaper brand. Who does that?!?! Hahaha I couldn't believe how courteous they were to ask for less money, but I greatly appreciated the information and went with their suggestion. I was not disappointed in the product and they work great to this day. Excellent service.

I also recently purchased an Exedy stage 1 clutch kit from them, and from the date of purchase to the day it arrived was (I think) about 2 business days. VERY happy customer and I have a habit of browsing the MSP store on their website just to see what I might want to buy next haha!

I've spend over 4k with Sam and he has never once pushed me into anything i did not want,unlike other places.
Sam has always called back,had timely delivery of his products and will give over the phone instructions about products even if you didn't order them from him! all i can say is bravo my man,bravo!

A ++ for me. I recently purchased the Mfactory LSD which was on back order(i did not know) and about 2 days after I orerd it I got a phone call from Sam saying the diff is on back order and was letting me know the situation. I opted to continue with the sale and waited until the diff was available. While this hole thing was going on Sam kept me posted on all info and never put me under the rug. He could have never told me that it was back ordered and made me wait for 9 weeks and leave me wondering where my part was. Instead he called me and told me, that shows what kind of person Sam is and for that I will only do business with Crossover.
